A mobile food vendor may operate on city-owned or public property only within the area the Mayor or designee designates for that operation. On private property, the vendor needs the property owner's written permission on file for city inspection. Vendors must also stay 50 feet from flammable/combustible liquid or gas storage, 50 feet from residential lots unless screened by a 6-foot opaque wall, and 10 feet from any building or structure. No more than four mobile food vendors may operate on a single private property at one time.
