(5)Engage in the sale of and/or the offer of sale of food, beverages, or frozen confection within five hundred (500) feet of the entrance of any school building between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the days when school is in session.(6)Engage in the sale of and/or the offer of sale of food, beverages, or frozen confection on those portions of streets on which a public park abuts and/or engage in the sale of and/or offer of sale of any food, beverage, frozen confection in any public park, unless prior approval for the sale is granted by the West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation Commission.(7)Stop its vehicle any street, road, or alleyway for the purpose of engaging in the sale of and/or offer for sale of any food, beverage, or frozen confection within fifty (50) feet of any street intersection in the township.
