AMC Section 6.26.030 restricts garage sales in Anaheim to the first full weekend of March, June, September, and December β only four weekends per year. Sales must only include used goods, wares, merchandise, or personal property of a household nature owned by the owner or occupant. New or used property acquired or consigned solely for resale is prohibited. Property displayed for sale may not be shown on the exterior of any fence or wall separating the premises from neighboring property, sidewalks, parkways, streets, alleys, or public property. Each sale is limited to the premises where the resident lives. Multi-family or community-wide garage sales must still comply with the quarterly schedule.
