Labels must include the words Made in a Home Kitchen, ingredients, allergens, and the CFO's registration number. A city business operations tax certificate and Home Occupation Permit are also required. Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations (MEHKO) under AB 626 are not yet authorized in Sacramento County.
