Type B home occupations in Marietta allow client visitation limited to two per week, between 8 AM and 8 PM. Only the occupants of the dwelling and one additional employee, consultant, agent, or subcontractor may work on the premises. No more than one vehicle associated with the home occupation may be present at the property. Off-site employees are not permitted to congregate or park at the residence. Type A home occupations allow zero client visits on site. These limits are designed to prevent the conversion of residential neighborhoods into commercial corridors.
