Sec. 2(8) draws a hard line for the home occupation category: there shall be no customers or clients accessing the location at all. Choosing between the two categories comes down to whether the business needs any client or customer to physically visit the property; if it does, the applicant needs a Home Enterprise approval rather than a home occupation approval, and Home Enterprise on Residential 1-3 and Resort-zoned lots is further limited to parcels with frontage on specific state routes unless a special use permit is obtained.
