Section 21-153(f) of Victoria's Unified Development Ordinance governs home occupations citywide. Subsection (7) addresses client and visitor traffic directly: a home occupation cannot generate additional traffic that creates a hazard or a disturbance to nearby residents. The city sets no fixed daily cap on client visits; instead, Development Services applies a case-by-case standard, and a home business whose client traffic disturbs neighbors or creates a hazard is out of compliance. The occupation must also stay incidental to the home's residential use, capped at 40 percent of the dwelling's floor area, with no exterior commercial signage beyond one 2-foot by 2-foot non-illuminated sign.
