No window signs, yard signs, illuminated displays, vehicle wraps parked overnight, or directional signage advertising a home occupation are permitted. Nameplates may not exceed 1 square foot and may not include logos, slogans, phone numbers, or hours. The sign rules apply equally to cottage food operations and short-term rentals. Temporary contractor signs during permitted work are exempt.
Unpermitted signage: removal order plus $100-$250 fines per sign per day until removed.
