Post any sign or fasten any guy wire, cable, or rope to any City tree, tree stake, or guard. Prune trees for commercial exposure unless otherwise approved by the City's Urban Forester in consultation with the Community Development Department. Remove trees from approved landscape plans without suitable replacement plans as approved by the City's Urban Forester and the Community Development Department.
