Section 220.105 of the O'Fallon Code declares it unlawful and a nuisance for the owner of a lot alongside an intersecting street to permit a fence, sign, signboard or billboard nearer than twenty-five feet to the curb, or to erect any such structure taller than two feet above the crown of the street at the point of intersection.
