Clark County Code Title 14 Section 14.15 requires abutting property owners to keep trees and shrubs trimmed back from the public right-of-way so that sidewalks have at least 8 feet of vertical clearance and streets have at least 14 feet. Overhanging vegetation that blocks sidewalks, streetlights, or stop signs is abatable under Title 14.55 nuisance rules.
