The TNC curb share will be 30 percent beginning May 1, 2020; 40 percent beginning January 1, 2021; and 50 percent beginning January 1, 2022. Beginning January 1, 2023, and adjusted annually thereafter, the TNC curb share will be equivalent to the percentage of all TNC terminal trips compared to all authorized provider terminal trips during the preceding year.
