Noise Restrictions. Noise shall be measured in accordance with Section 8.09.110. Violations & Fines
Noise, hours or conduct violations are infractions on the first through third offense in a rolling 12-month period; a fourth or later violation of the chapter within that year becomes a misdemeanor under Section 8.09.170, with penalties set by Section 1.08.010(B). The Chief of Police may also move to suspend or revoke the entertainment license after three or more violations of the same condition, or four or more violations of any condition, within 12 months, following 30 days' written notice under Section 8.09.140.
