Factors which can be used to evaluate excessive animal noise include, but are not limited to: (1) pitch; (2) pattern; (3) frequency of occurrence; and (4) loudness.
H. Every female dog or cat in heat shall be confined in a building or secure enclosure in such manner that such female dog or cat cannot come into contact with another animal, except for planned breeding purposes.
