Arlington Code of Ordinances Nuisance Chapter Sec. 2.03(M), most recently amended by Ord. 24-067, establishes noise regulations for the city. Arlington PD responds to noise complaints and provides at least one warning before issuing citations, except for vehicles out of muffler compliance.
