Not all cities write their quiet-hours rules the same way. If you are moving somewhere new, hosting events, or just wondering whether your neighbor actually has grounds to complain, this list shows the time quiet hours begin in each city and county listed, as stated in the quoted text of its rule.
The order of this list comes from this and nothing else: earliest start of the nightly period first; among places with the same start, the longer period first. An earlier start to quiet hours is not the same thing as a stricter noise code overall. The start time does not show how much noise is allowed during the night period or outside it. The list holds only places whose quoted text states the value, or the values it is worked out from.
