Under Section 11-1-201(a)(4), it is disorderly conduct to disturb the peace and quiet of an apartment, building, condominium, townhouse or neighborhood with loud or unreasonable noise between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The same subsection holds an owner or person in control of a building liable for permitting such noise on the premises during those hours if it was within their power to prevent it. A separate subsection also restricts amplified sound devices audible 25 feet beyond the property line near any dwelling. Pueblo Police enforce the curfew citywide.
