Pueblo bans any vehicle rated over one ton, dump trucks, semis, tow trucks and similar commercial equipment, from residential zones and A-3/A-4 lots, except while loading, unloading or doing active on-site construction work.
No vehicle whose manufacturer's rated chassis or carrying capacity is greater than one (1) ton shall be parked, kept, stored or maintained on any public or private property in any residential zone district, or on any property zoned A-3 or A-4, except during the loading or unloading of such vehicle or while currently being used for on-site construction work. Such prohibited vehicles shall include, but not be limited to, commercial delivery trucks, commercial vehicle hauling trailers, flatbed trucks, dump trucks, stake-side trucks, semitrucks, semitractors, tow trucks and school buses.
