It shall be presumed to be a violation of this subchapter if those continuous or extended periods of operation, either with an individual motorized unit, or in the aggregate with other motorized units at the same time, produce a noise or sound at the property line of the property as follows: 75 decibels between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., or 65 decibels between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.;

It is a nuisance to create, maintain or allow the continuous or extended operation of motors or motorized units, expressly including all-terrain vehicles with 3 or 4 wheels, motorcycles, go-carts, golf carts, cars and trucks, in a manner that disturbs people living nearby. , whether from a single vehicle or several running at the same time. 02(L)(3) covers exhaust, smoke or vapors that pollute the air at the property line or cause material discomfort. 02(M) goes further and flatly prohibits owning, operating or maintaining a track, path or motocross practice area designed for or used by motorized units in a way that results in a division (L) violation, so a private dirt-bike track that produces excess noise, dust or exhaust is unlawful on its own terms. 99(B): a fine up to $2,000 per offense, with each day of continued violation counted separately.
