Summary

Leaving any vehicle abandoned on public or private property, or unattended in a Greeley street right-of-way for 72 hours or more, is a parking infraction under Sec. 16-684 of the Municipal Code.

(a)It is unlawful for any person to abandon any vehicle upon public property or upon private property other than such person's own.(b)It is unlawful for any person to leave any vehicle which such person owns or controls unattended within any portion of a street or highway right-of-way within the city for a period of 72 hours or more.(c)Nothing in this chapter shall limit the authority of a parking enforcement officer to remove, tow or impound a vehicle as authorized in this title.
