All vehicles parked or stored on private property in Pembroke Pines must be in movable condition with all tires inflated, not supported on jacks or blocks, and must have current registration. Vehicles that fail to meet these conditions may be cited by Code Compliance. Under Florida Statute 715.07, property owners may initiate towing of inoperable vehicles after providing proper notice. Law enforcement may also tow vehicles deemed abandoned. Towed vehicles must be stored within a 10-mile radius, and the tow must be reported to law enforcement within 30 minutes.
