Modified with equipment or attachments (such as utility beds, cranes, lifts, tanks, or racks) which increase the overall dimensions, height or functional weight of the vehicle, the city threshold. Verification of GVWR, CDL requirements, and registration status shall be manufacturer's compliance label.
