Everett, WA Parking Rules: Commercial & Oversized Vehicles (2026)

EMC 46.28.210 bars detached trailers and campers from city streets and alleys outright, and separately bans parking any truck, motor home, or vehicle-trailer combination over sixteen thousand pounds gross vehicle weight, twenty feet long, or eight feet wide on a street or alley within a residential zone. Exceptions cover active loading/unloading, city and utility vehicles, emergency vehicles, and vehicles actively providing service like construction or plumbing at that address. Motor homes get a narrow carve-out: up to twenty-four hours parked on a residential street, so long as posted time limits and other parking rules aren't violated.
