Everett, WA Parking Rules: Overnight Parking (2026)

Everett Municipal Code § 46.28.220 provides that no person shall park any vehicle at the same location on a city street or public right-of-way for more than 72 continuous hours without driving it through or across a street intersection; a vehicle covered by a more restrictive statute or ordinance is held to that shorter limit instead. The same section separately prohibits storing any vehicle on a city street or right-of-way at all, regardless of the 72-hour clock. There's no blanket ban on parking overnight: the rule targets vehicles left stationary for days, not cars parked overnight and moved the next day.
