Summary

No person shall park a commercial vehicle or trailer having a capacity of two tons or more on any street where parking is permitted for a period of time longer than one hour between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any day, or at any time on Sunday, except that such vehicle or trailer may be parked for periods in excess of this restriction while actually being loaded or unloaded.
