Residential Level 2 EV charger installations in Anne Arundel County require an electrical permit from Inspections & Permits (online through the E-Permit portal). Public DC fast chargers are installed at the Arundel Mills area, BWI, Annapolis Town Center, and along the MD-2 and US-50/301 corridors under the NEVI program.
