CALGreen Title 24 Part 11 requires new single-family homes to have EV-ready wiring (raceway, capacity, panel space) and new multifamily/commercial developments to include EV-capable, EV-ready, and EV-installed stalls in specified percentages. Public charging is available at City Hall, RT stations, and commercial centers. Blocking an EV charging space with a non-EV or non-charging vehicle is a citable offense under CVC §22511.
