Chelan County, WA Parking Rules: Loading Zones (2026)

Rather than a single county-wide loading zone ordinance, Chelan County builds loading zone time limits into the same road-by-road parking restriction table used for other on-street parking rules. On Sleepy Hollow Road, near the Sleepy Hollow Bridge between Lower Sunnyslope Road and the Burlington Northern Railroad crossing, parking is otherwise banned except in designated loading and unloading areas, where drivers get twenty minutes; everywhere else on that stretch parking is prohibited around the clock. On the north side of Wapato Way at its intersection with Green Avenue, the designated loading and unloading area allows fifteen minutes.
