Every designated loading zone must stay open to all businesses, not reserved for one. No vehicle may occupy the space except while actively loading or unloading merchandise, during the hours the traffic engineer designates and posts on the sign.

Violations & Fines

Parking in a loading zone outside the posted loading hours, as shown by the sign, is punishable by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $25 upon conviction.
