Full Breakdown

Section 45-515 caps stored recreational vehicles, including travel trailers, pickup campers, motor homes, tent trailers, boats and boat trailers, at two per dwelling unit on a residential lot. Both must be kept in a location that meets the accessory-building setback rules, except that one of the two may instead sit on the paved driveway between the house and the roadway, provided it doesn't extend into the public right-of-way and stays at least ten feet back from the paved road surface.

Violations & Fines

Storing more than two qualifying recreational vehicles on a residential lot, or parking one closer than ten feet to the roadway or into the right-of-way, is a zoning violation subject to enforcement by the zoning administrator.
