Summary

No person, except physicians or other persons on emergency calls, shall park a vehicle on any street marked to prohibit all night parking for a period of time longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day.

Sec. 23-20.1. - Parking for certain purposes prohibited. No person shall park a vehicle upon any public right-of-way for the purpose of:
(a)Displaying such vehicle for sale.(b)Washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by emergency.(c)Displaying advertising.(d)Selling merchandise from such vehicle except in a duly established market place, or when so authorized or licensed under the ordinances of this county.(e)Storage or as junkage or dead storage. Sec. 23-20.2. - Standing or parking on one-way roadways. No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or period of time except for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers in any place marked as a passenger curb loading zone during hours when the regulations applicable to such passenger curb loading zone are effective, and then only for a period not to exceed five (5) minutes.
