Pembroke Pines restricts overnight parking of recreational vehicles and boats on public streets. All vehicles must be maintained in movable condition with current registration and inflated tires. Pembroke Pines enforces several overnight parking regulations. All vehicles parked on residential property must be maintained in movable condition with current registration and inflated tires. Starting January 1, 2025, vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, and similar vehicles may no longer be parked on non-paved surfaces. RVs and boats must be stored in side or rear setbacks when accessible; if not possible, they may park on the driveway at least 7 feet from the front property line. Only one RV, boat, or trailer is permitted per property. Special-purpose vehicles (race cars, swamp buggies) require enclosed garage storage. Garbage receptacles may be placed out for collection from 6 PM the day before through 10 PM on collection day, then must return to the side or rear yard.
Parking violations enforced by Code Compliance. Fines begin with a warning letter, then escalate under FL Statute 162.
