Article VIII of Chapter 226 makes it unlawful for any person or business entity to park a vehicle between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on public or municipally owned property and city streets without a required resident parking permit or visitor permit. The restriction applies citywide. Visitors can use the ppprk.com portal (Zone 86200) for overnight permits, while residents must register through the Resident Parking Program. Oversized vehicles face additional restrictions starting at 10:00 p.m.
Fines up to $100 and/or community service not exceeding 90 days for violations of the overnight parking article.
