Osceola County's parking ordinance (Chapter 22, Article II) prohibits parking any vehicle in front of a dwelling or in the front yard except on an approved paved parking area, and bans parking on unpaved areas, vacant lots, the county right-of-way, or along the side yard in front of the approved fence. Recreational vehicles are defined in § 22-26 as travel trailers, camping trailers, truck campers and motor homes. Parking is allowed on the approved paved area, inside an enclosed accessory structure, or on-street only with an HOA-issued permit displayed in the windshield. Cities (Kissimmee, St. Cloud) and HOAs set their own rules.
