Recreational vehicles and trailers may be parked on a lot used for a single family, duplex, triplex, or townhouse dwelling subject to the following standards:
a. The vehicle may be parked in the front, side, or rear yard. However, no more than one of these items shall be parked between the front or side of such dwellings and any adjacent right-of-way.
b. In no case shall a single family, duplex, triplex, or townhouse lot have more than a total of three recreational vehicles and/or trailers outdoors. Notwithstanding this, no more than one motor home and/or travel trailer as described in F.S. § 320.01(1)(b) shall be allowed. No trailers used for business activities shall be allowed on any of these lots, unless parked in a garage.
c. If there are more than one recreational vehicle or trailer on the site, all but one of these items shall be shielded from view from public rights-of-way and adjacent residentially zoned property by a wall or other objects that obscure the view to a height of at least six feet.
d. The recreational vehicles and trailers shall be owned or leased by the people who occupy the lot or their guests while staying overnight with the occupant in the occupant's single family, duplex, triplex, or townhouse unit. However, guests may not park such vehicle on the lot in violation of subsection B.2.b above or other provisions of this
