(b)Exceptions.(1)Gas-powered equipment (8:00 a.m.—8:00 p.m.); and(2)Noises from motor vehicles such as automobiles, trucks, airplanes, motorcycles, and railroads which are regulated by state and federal law; and(3)Noises from emergency services vehicles, such as fire engines, ambulances, and law enforcement vehicles that are on emergency business.(c)The noise levels listed in section 22-24, Tables 1 and 2 may not be exceeded by any means within any public or private property when measured 50 feet from the property line of the property generating said noise. In the case of multiple owners or tenants within the same lot, parcel, or building, the measurement distance shall be from the shared wall or boundary.(d)The noise levels listed in section 22-24, Tables 1 and 2 may not be exceeded for a cumulative period of one or more minutes in any 15 minute period. The measurement period shall not be less than 15 minutes.(e)Table 1 indicates the maximum noise levels within the City of Kissimmee with exception to the Downtown Community Redevelopment Area (CRA).
