Full Breakdown
City Code § 22-25(e)(1) confines erection, excavation, demolition, alteration or repair of any building or site to 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Saturday, construction work outside those windows, or work that exceeds the Table 1 noise limits in § 22-24 during permitted hours, violates the ordinance. The designated official may issue a permit allowing work outside these hours if public health and safety won't be impaired, but the applicant must notify adjacent property owners and provide a responsive contact for complaints. No permit means no Sunday work and no early-morning or late-evening work.
Violations & Fines
Noise citations under chapter 22, article II run $50 for a first violation up to $500 for repeat violations within a year (§ 1-22(b)(8)); Code Enforcement and Kissimmee Police jointly enforce (§ 22-26).
