Clark County Β§14.40.043 prohibits standing, parking, or storing trailers and recreational vehicles on residential streets except when actively loading/unloading in front of property (maximum 24 hours). RV habitation on public streets or rights-of-way is unlawful without a permit. Temporary permits allow RV parking for up to 7 days, renewable for an additional 7 days once per calendar year β the adjacent property resident must obtain the permit. Boats and trailers are also prohibited on residential streets. Master-planned communities (Summerlin, Southern Highlands, Enterprise) have strict HOA bans on visible RV and boat storage. Enclosed storage or offsite RV lots are the primary options for long-term storage. LVMPD and Constable's Office enforce on public streets.
