b governs where and how a motor home or recreational vehicle can be parked on residential property in North Las Vegas. The parking area itself must be paved, concrete, brick, pavers, or a similar hard surface, and access to that area must likewise be paved or surfaced with decomposed granite, entering only from rolled curbing unless Public Works approves otherwise, and never crossing a utility box unless the Utilities Department signs off. Location matters as much as surfacing: subsection (iv) confines motor homes and recreational vehicles to the rear yard, side yard, or corner side yard, which rules out front-yard RV storage entirely.
