Recreational vehicles, boats and trailers may not be stored on the street at all under UDO 10.2.3E. Enforcement is by Durham police and parking-enforcement officers, and time-limited and permit zones exist in and around downtown and Duke.
Parking citations are issued under Chapter 66; illegally parked or obstructing vehicles may be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
