Section 110-221 lists locations where parking is prohibited: on the roadway side of a stopped vehicle, on sidewalks, in intersections, on crosswalks, within 30 feet of safety zones, alongside street excavations, on bridges, within 15 feet of fire hydrants, within 20 feet of intersecting crosswalks, and within 30 feet of traffic signals or stop signs. The city council may designate additional no-parking zones. Vehicles parked in violation may be towed at the owner's expense. Chapter 118 (Vehicles for Hire) provides additional regulations for commercial vehicles. Street parking near schools and public buildings may have additional time-limited restrictions.
