Little Rock, AR Parking Rules: Street Parking Limits (2026)

City code section 32-304 requires cars parked along curbed streets to park with the right-hand wheels within 18 inches of the curb, parking against the flow of traffic (left-hand wheels to the curb) is illegal except on signed one-way streets. Section 32-309 separately bans stopping, standing, or parking in front of any public or private driveway, within an intersection, on a sidewalk, within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, or within 20 feet of a crosswalk. Little Rock police issue tickets; unmetered restricted-area fines run $30 within 30 days, $45 after that or upon conviction.
