(1) No person shall park a vehicle within five feet of a residential driveway on either side without permission of the homeowner/renter. Furthermore, there must be a complainant for any police action to be taken against the registrant of the vehicle illegally parked.
(2) Penalty: $15 fine for each violation. If the fine is not paid within five days, a state citation shall be issued.
