(3) Greenhouses.
(4) Recreational equipment and facilities.
(5) A boat, camper, recreation vehicles or utility trailer located in a rear yard, side yard, or garage.
(6) Vehicles, not in running condition, located on a lot for no longer than 30 days.
(7) Commercial vehicles whose GVWR is not over 11,000 pounds, garaged and limited to one per lot.
