No person shall park a vehicle in an alley or public lane within the jurisdiction of the city in such a manner as to leave less than ten feet (10') of the width of the roadway available for the free movement of vehicular traffic, or to block the driveway entrance of any abutting property. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, parking of vehicles on streets which have a paved or unpaved width for vehicular traffic that is less than thirty feet (30') shall be prohibited as posted. Signs showing such restriction may be posted upon such streets.
