Inoperable or abandoned vehicles visible from the street must be removed or stored in an enclosed structure. Overgrown vegetation exceeding height limits must be mowed or trimmed. Deteriorated structures including peeling paint, damaged roofing, broken windows, and unsafe conditions must be repaired. Vacant properties must be secured and maintained.
