General sidewalk maintenance is addressed through OCCO Title 3 property maintenance provisions, which require property owners to keep adjacent sidewalks and public areas free of hazards, debris, and overgrown vegetation. If a sidewalk becomes damaged, OC Public Works handles repair of sidewalks within County-maintained roads. Property owners are responsible for maintaining the parkway area between their property line and the curb.
No snow-related violations exist. General sidewalk obstruction or failure to maintain adjacent parkway areas may be addressed through standard code enforcement under OCCO Title 3, Division 13.
