Section 8.06.001 of the Cedar Park Code reaches beyond weeds: it separately bars owners, lessees, or occupants of any land, tract, or lot, regardless of size, from leaving household trash, garbage, used building materials, discarded fixtures or appliances, toxic materials, stagnant water, dead animals, brush piles, debris, and other matter detrimental to public health on the property.
