Trash, debris, abandoned vehicles, and tires must be removed. Notice of Violation issued by Code Enforcement (321-633-2086) with 10-day compliance period. Non-compliance triggers county abatement (mowing contractor) at owner expense, typically $150 to $500 per occurrence depending on lot size. Costs become a lien against the property under FL Β§162.09. During Florida dry season (March-June), enforcement escalates due to fire hazard. Vacant lots adjacent to conservation areas or the Space Coast Wildlife Management Area face additional scrutiny.
