Texarkana makes it unlawful to loiter, prowl, wander, idle or stroll on someone else's residence or premises without the owner's permission.
It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, prowl, wander, idle or stroll, upon or about the private residence or premises of any resident or citizen of the city, unless given express permission by the occupant or owner of the residence or premises.
